Photo Vomit

After a busy couple of weeks, I had a hard time trying to figure out which pictures to post to this blog. Then I remembered it's my blog and I can do whatever I want. So I included a ton of pictures from a few of the better assignments I've had in jam packed work schedule.

Below you'll see selects from a cardboard sled race, a Right to Life March, a high school basketball game, a US army soldier surprising his daughters, one of the many weather related crashes I've been to, an MLK march and prayer service, and a hockey prospects game I shot for the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Thanks for your eyes and enjoy!

First Week in Muskegon

This past week I moved out of Saginaw and started another internship at The Muskegon Chronicle. Same company (MLive) just on the west end of the state on Lake Michigan.

Since the paper uses the same uploading software and programs as the News did, I was able to hit the ground running and shoot the full gamut of assignments and really experience my new area. Six days in a row and clocking almost 50 hours is a pretty great way to start a new job.

There isn't much rust to shake off this time, (only a week's worth) but it's the first time I've transitioned from one place to another so quickly. I'm still getting used to the town, but I'm getting comfortable faster than I did in Saginaw. Hopefully my work over the next few weeks and months will reflect that.

As always, thanks for looking.
