These are from Memorial Day in DC and one of the biggest motorcycle rallies in the country. Starts at the Pentagon and goes into the city. The ride starts at noon, but the parking lot I was in wasn't completely empty until about 2:45. There was a lot of standing around for the bikers, and a lot of sunburn for me.

Oh my gosh, that is so exciting that you got to go to Rolling Thunder!! I have made the journey twice and really wanted to go again this year and shoot! Did you get a chance to do any audio?
unfortunately not, i don't have the equipment over here. though i was thinking through the whole thing it would have been a great multimedia piece.
